Who is behind the Avalee Chocolate: Storytelling

Hello! Privet! Bonjour! Welcome to the Avalee Chocolate!  

"A V A L E E r " latin-french means "melting" chocolate. 

Female owned-and-operated European Modern Cake & Dessert School .

I am Anastasiia Gordievsky, a chocolatier / certified baker / food consultant . 

Food was always a part of my story, though.   

Before my move to the United States in 2011 I had two career specialization in police law and pharmaceutical. 

  I came to USA by myself from Ukraine to change my life and find the inner peace of me - Not knowing anyone and with almost zero English. At that time I didn’t know what was waiting for me, didn’t know if I would be able to find a job, get settled and achieve something, I only knew that I already love this country and I want to live here for anything that would cost me. 

   My professional chef journey began in 2015 when i went to The French Pastry School and graduated with diploma l'art de la patisserie. Since then I have taught myself how to make chocolates, petit gateau, breads, cakes, pastries and experiment with different ingredients and flavors. I had worked with many professional chocolatiers, cake artists ,pastry chefs (Chef En-Ming Hsu, Joel Reno, Chef Alissa Wallers, Eric Perez , Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer, Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F, Frederic Loraschi ) to gain experience in restaurants, shops, hotels. 

 Here I am today, baker ,chocolatier, food consultant  - the women who found herself in a big Country and making the people's life sweeter !
